How To Have Comfort and Safety on Social Media




Nowadays, various Social Media on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and other social media applications are the right and good places for almost everyone to promote themselves, show their greatness, share their knowledge, share information, and many other things. I also had the same thought, but I don’t have it anymore.

After going through various experiences on Social Media and attending education about "What Social Media Is All About and How Social Media Can Affect Our Live", I totally change my mind!

These are my best advices so that we all have the comfort and security in Social Media that we have:

  • Lock the Social Media and make it unreadable by anyone.

Our Social Media must indeed be locked and closed so that our stories and various photos on our Social Media are not easily copied and stolen by irresponsible parties. However, if you choose to make your Social Media open and can be read by everyone, then there are still a number of Social Media Security applications that can be downloaded and attached to Social Media, so you know who is taking content from your Social Media without asking for your permission.

  • We have to get to know anyone who follows us on Social Media and reads our Social Media.

It is very important to know who follows and reads our Social Media, because we must believe and trust that they are good people and will not do bad things that we don't know.
(Note: I was sent an inappropriate message on one of the Social Media by the person that I didn’t know. When I tried to investigate about this case, the sender of the message even threatened me. This makes me even more careful to connect with various people on Social Media.)

  • Limit our relationships and connections with various people on Social Media.

We still have the right to have secret relationships with the people we know very well. No one must know who our friends are and what we do in our lives, unless we are in the process of promoting and selling ourselves in our business and work.
(Note: I myself feel uncomfortable with the word "mutual" on Social Media which makes other people know about anyone who is connected with me. If there are some people who know about anyone who is connected with me, they feel that they can also relate to me, even though I don’t know them. If I don't know them, of course I don't want to be in contact with them.)


  • Be careful in having relationships and connections with anyone on Social Media. Anyone!

(Note: I myself finally reduced all followers of my Social Media, especially those who were female, because I had been treated wrongly by a woman from my family who approached my best male friend who comes from another country. Connecting with anyone is the right of everyone, but this certainly becomes a problem when there are other people who feel disturbed. So, my kind and polite male friend questioned me about the woman who tried to relate to him even though they didn't know each other. My best male friend is a good man who only wants to deal with people he already knows, and of course he didn’t want to be associated with this woman whom he didn’t know. Later, I also found out that this woman approached my other male business friend for inappropriate purposes. In the end, I removed her from all of my Social Media and I blocked her!)

"Finally, I advise all of you to always be careful on Social Media because some people want to steal what you have, want to know your personal life and want to do things that are not right."

Yoga Practice for Patients with Vertigo Disease

Some time ago, I am one of the speakers at the Intermezzo Show on iNews TV. I was interviewed by the broadcasters on iNews TV who are discussing about Vertigo.

At this event, I am very happy to be able to share my knowledge of the right Yoga Practice for sufferers of Vertigo.

The various things I discuss are about sharing my experiences in teaching Yoga that I have handled my Yoga clients who have Vertigo. The things that are usually experienced by my Yoga clients who suffer from Vertigo are dizziness in the head, eye sight becomes dark and feels the body floating.

The advice that I share with my Yoga clients who suffer from Vertigo is that Yoga Exercise is not done to cure the Vertigo Disease, but Yoga Practice can help the healing process and make sufferers feel better. Therefore, I always recommend my Yoga clients to check their illness first to the doctor to find out about the causes of the illness suffered by them, then I will adjust the Yoga Practice that I will give with the results of the examination from the doctor and the health conditions in the body of my Yoga clients. This is where I emphasize that I will provide the right Yoga Practice to help the healing process in their bodies.

Some of the Yoga Practice that I teach to my clients who suffer from Vertigo when I do Yoga Exercise with them are movements that relax their stiff bodies and muscles, movements that look up and movements that practice the balance of their bodies. Yoga Practice is given is to relax various stiffness in the body and release various blockages in the body. I will not teach Yoga Practice that force and put pressure on the body of my Yoga clients.

After the Yoga Practice for sufferers of Vertigo have finished, usually I will give a rest to my Yoga clients by putting pressure on some of their body positions and massaging their bodies to relax their bodies and muscles.

In this event, I also shared tips about some Yoga Practice that can be done by sufferers of Vertigo.

Latihan Yoga untuk Para Penderita Penyakit Vertigo

Beberapa waktu yang lalu, saya menjadi salah satu pembicara di Acara Intermezzo di iNews TV. Saya diwawancara oleh para penyiar di iNews TV yang sedang mendiskusikan tentang Penyakit Vertigo.

Di acara ini, saya senang sekali dapat membagi pengetahuan saya tentang Latihan Yoga yang tepat untuk para penderita Penyakit Vertigo. 

Berbagai hal yang saya bahas adalah dengan membagi pengalaman saya dalam mengajar Yoga yaitu bahwa saya sudah pernah menangani para klien Yoga saya yang menderita Penyakit Vertigo. Beberapa hal yang biasanya dialami oleh para klien Yoga saya yang menderita Penyakit Vertigo adalah rasa pusing di kepala, pandangan mata menjadi terasa gelap dan merasa tubuhnya melayang.

Saran yang saya bagikan kepada para klien Yoga saya yang menderita Penyakit Vertigo adalah bahwa Latihan Yoga dilakukan bukan untuk menyembuhkan Penyakit Vertigo tersebut, namun Latihan Yoga bisa membantu proses penyembuhannya dan membuat para penderitanya untuk merasa lebih baik. Oleh sebab itu, saya selalu menyarankan para klien Yoga saya untuk memeriksakan penyakit mereka dulu ke dokter untuk mencari tahu tentang penyebab dari penyakit yang diderita oleh mereka, lalu saya akan menyesuaikan Latihan Yoga yang akan saya berikan dengan hasil dari pemeriksaan dari dokter dan kondisi kesehatan di tubuh para klien Yoga saya. Disinilah saya menekankan bahwa saya akan memberikan Latihan Yoga yang tepat untuk membantu proses penyembuhan di tubuh mereka. 

Beberapa gerakan Yoga yang saya ajarkan kepada para klien saya yang menderita Penyakit Vertigo pada saat saya melakukan Latihan Yoga bersama mereka adalah gerakan yang melemaskan tubuh dan otot mereka yang kaku, gerakan yang melihat ke atas dan gerakan yang melatih keseimbangan tubuh mereka. Latihan Yoga yang diberikan memang untuk melemaskan berbagai rasa kaku di tubuh dan melancarkan berbagai sumbatan di tubuh. Saya tidak akan mengajarkan gerakan Yoga yang memaksa dan memberikan tekanan pada tubuh klien Yoga saya.   

Setelah Latihan Yoga untuk para penderita Penyakit Vertigo ini telah selesai, biasanya saya akan mengistirahatkan klien Yoga saya dengan memberikan tekanan pada beberapa posisi tubuh mereka dan memijat tubuh mereka untuk melemaskan tubuh dan ototnya. 

Di acara ini, saya juga membagi tips tentang beberapa gerakan Yoga yang dapat dilakukan oleh para penderita Penyakit Vertigo.

Yoga Practice for Patients with Rheumatic Disease

Some time ago, I am one of the speakers at the Intermezzo Show on iNews TV. I am interviewed by the broadcasters on iNews TV who are discussing about Rheumatism.

At this event, I am very happy to be able to share my knowledge about the right Yoga Exercise for sufferers of Rheumatic Disease.

The various things I discuss are that there are certain types of Yoga classes that are good to be visited by beginners, sick people and seniors.

I also shares my experience about the advice I give to my yoga clients who suffer from Rheumatic Diseases. For my clients who have any illness, I always advise them to go to the doctor first, so that I can give them the right Yoga Practice.

In the end, I give tips on some of the Yoga Practice that I always teach my Yoga clients who suffer from Rheumatic Disease and some of these Yoga Practice can be done at home and in the office.

Latihan Yoga untuk Para Penderita Penyakit Rematik

Beberapa waktu yang lalu, saya menjadi salah satu pembicara di Acara Intermezzo di iNews TV. Saya diwawancara oleh para penyiar di iNews TV yang sedang mendiskusikan tentang Penyakit Rematik.

Di acara ini, saya senang sekali dapat membagi pengetahuan saya tentang Latihan Yoga yang tepat untuk para penderita Penyakit Rematik. 

Berbagai hal yang saya bahas adalah bahwa ada kelas Yoga dengan jenis tertentu yang baik untuk dikunjungi oleh para pemula, orang yang sedang sakit dan para manula.

Saya juga membagi pengalaman saya tentang saran yang saya berikan kepada klien yoga saya yang ternyata menderita Penyakit Rematik. Bagi para klien saya yang memiliki suatu penyakit, saya selalu menyarankan mereka untuk memeriksakan diri mereka dulu ke dokter, agar saya dapat memberikan gerakan Yoga yang tepat untuk mereka. 

Pada akhirnya, saya memberikan tips tentang beberapa gerakan Yoga yang selalu saya ajarkan kepada para klien Yoga saya yang menderita Penyakit Rematik dan beberapa gerakan Yoga ini dapat dilakukan di rumah dan di kantor.
